International Conference on Advances in Polymer Science & Technology
23-25 November, 2017
Radisson Blu Hotel, Dwarka, New Delhi, India
Scientific Programme Poster Day1 Poster Day2

Invitation
Asian Polymer Association (APA) is a professional society dedicated to the science of polymers. APA is celebrating its 10 years of dynamic existence and this conference is being organized as the Jubilee celebrations of the society. APA in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), Society for Biomaterials & Artificial Organs India (Delhi) and Indo Italian Forum on Biomaterials & Tissue Engineering is organizing International conference on Advances in Polymer Science & Technology (APA-2017). The conference would be dedicated to the world of polymers with an extensive interaction among academicians, researchers, technologists and policy planners. A special feature of this event is to organize Student Conclave for our young generation. We are sure that this conference would provide us required impetus in generating polymer resource for the country.
On behalf of the organising committee, we would like to invite you to participate in this conference. We look forward to welcoming you at New Delhi.

Student Conclave
The contest will check theoretical and practical knowledge of students on topics related to polymer science & technology. Students will be asked to write answers for questions in a given period and will be evaluated on the basis of their overall performance. First, second and third prizes will be conferred on the winners. On-line registration for participation would be needed.
The contest will look at the imagination and the practical knowledge of students in the field of polymers. Participating teams will be required to bring a scientific or technological model on any of the related topics for display during the conference. Models will be evaluated on the basis of their scientific and techno-commercial importance. First and second prizes will be conferred on the winners. On-line registration for participation would be needed.
Innovation Contest will look at the ability of a student in transforming an idea, imagination or invention into a simple process to develop an useful product as an affordable domain for the human being. First and second prizes will be conferred on the winners. On-line registration for participation would be needed.
Springer Oral Award presentations are planned for the students on 24th November 2017. Students will be given 8 minutes (sharp) for presentation followed by the discussion. The evaluations will be made by a group of experts in a panel. The two best oral presentation will be awarded during the valedictory function on 25th November 2017
